Is UGAME free?
Yup! Everything you see and use on the site is free. In the future, UGAME may introduce premium services to the site that users will have to pay for if they want but everything you see and use now will always be free.
How do I report Identity theft, an Underage user, Bullying or a stolen account to UGAME?
Because we take these circumstances very seriously, we would ask you to email us at abuse@UGAME.net explaining the situation and we will promptly follow it up with you and resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
I think someone has compromised my account, what can I do?
Firstly, you should try and retrieve your password from your account through the Password Retrival Tool here. Once you get the password, you can log in and you should immediately change the password. (Remember, the password should be different to any that you have used before).
If the problem still remains and you can’t retrieve your password we will need a photograph of you holding a piece of paper with the name of your account (the name at the end of your URL) so that we can verify you are the account owner. Send this to UGAME at abuse@UGAME.net and we will quickly resolve the situation.
How do I report an error?
Please contact us with a description of the error that you have encountered and also explain what you were doing when it occurred. Send all errors to errors@ugame.net.

How do I change my personal information?
You can change all of the information in the dashboard button located underneath the tabs at the top of the page. On the dashboard there are subsections labelled ‘Basic’, ‘About me’, ‘Achievements’, ‘Gaming Info’ and ‘Account Settings’. In these sections you can change everything to do with the information found on your profile page.
How can I change my email and password?
To Change your email and password click on the dashboard button underneath the tabs at the top of the page. Once on this page click the subsection tab labelled ‘account settings’ and enter the information you wish to change in the respective boxes.
How do I add a group or a blog?
To add any content to your profile page (other than personal information) click on the ‘My Content’ button underneath the main tabs at the top of the page. Once this page is up, you can click on the quick links found in the right hand column.
